You MUST allow all deportees to keep their wallets, personal documents cell phones, tablets/laptops and ALL jewelry in their possession at ALL times during the detainment and deportation process unless they give permission for safekeeping which all will likely NOT! Why? Too many incidents of deportees having their personal possessions stolen by corrupt ICE agents!
