My first court date I remember the judge giving me the dirtiest look ever and telling me in the nastiest tone to stay away from Gregg Hayim (whom I never prank called nor do I care to stalk).
They treated me like complete trash during all the court dates which they put on all my exam dates and class hours.
Even if I made the prank call which I did not make, I should NOT have to be inconvenienced with nonsense court dates for over two years for one phone call that Gregg Hayim got to be disturbed for only a few minutes.

They refused to give any plea deal until I revealed I had a mental health record from before.
This was a big mistake since not only is the mental health record a misdiagnosis but all it did was make things worse, more hectic and creating interference in my life rather than actually helping me.
The gave me one year of probation over one prank phone call and no previous criminal record as an adult after my attorney showed them the bipolar type 2 diagnosis which is a misdiagnosis that I will fully explain later.
The probation required me to go to mental health appointments. Weekly for the therapist and monthly for the psychiatrist.
My first clinic was Family Service League, 55 Horizon Drive, Huntington, New York 11743
The appointments except for my therapist James Mansella was of no help and neither is the medication of any help since I am not bipolar or mentally ill at all.

One primary reason why the appointments were not of any help is because of how the staff treats you. The check-in staff often treat and talk to you in a condescending pompous manner.

Dr. Mitra treated me like I was defective, stupid and dumb with zero respect whatsoever.

My bones already had issues from female hormones and my health was already bad.

How the incident started was that they needed to put plates on a car that was sold but they told me to wait.

I went quickly to get a jumpstart kit from the service center. When I came back, It was already jumpstarted.
So I went to bring back the jumpstart kit to the service center. As I was leaving to bring the jumpstart kit back to service Angel Delbrey starts cursing and yelling in my face.
I told him not to talk to me like that at which point he clinched his fist and roared at me.
I complained to the manager and left early for the day due to the incident. The manager told me that he is not your boss and you report to me.
The next day, he ordered me to do stuff with a very nasty attitude. I told him that the manager told me you are not to tell me what to do.
At which point he said started chasing after me with threats that he wants to fight and saying “Let’s meet up after work so I can fuck you up…”
I went to complain to the general manager Gregg Hayim, the jerk.
He seemed busy, so I just went home. He got very pissed over this and I complained to HR.
After complaining to HR, they let me go but not without refusing to pay me for 40 hours of labor along with Beatrice Arguelles laughing over the phone about the whole incident and than quickly telling me how they are letting me go.

During the pre-sentence interview, Suffolk County probation officer Kristen Garcia said “It does not look like you are taking hormones…”
Probation Officer Beznica was also very nasty and tried to fail me on probation for a crime I never committed.

I was a new time driver. I got hit on the head from the accident and passed out for a bit in the accident.

During classes I would feel like I had quite a fever and felt ill. Very fatigued and lethargic as well. Could not even sit. Had to lay down constantly. Went home once early and went straight to bed instead of hitting the computer with some adult content.
They only thing that would give me relief was medical marijuana and all symptoms would disappear quite a bit for up to like 3 days.
From July 2018 all the way to now, it has been nothing but court dates, mental health appointments from misdiagnosis and a federally illegal and unconstitutional court order to take mental health drugs.
My first court date the disgraceful Judge who was a female said in the most nastiest tone “You are not to contact Gregg Hayim, do understand….” berating at me like I did such a big crime?
Before the court date he also got a restraining order but he does not need it clearly by his actions….
Why? Because he showed up to my house with video and photo proof bringing a SOLD Ferrari with transit plates on a SUNDAY when their dealership is closed. I have proof of the day and date. He parked the car right in front of my house to feel like a bigger person.
He lost his Ferrari of Long Island store along with other stores because he completely mismanaged it.
Gregg Hayim did not pay me 40 hours of labor, mind you.
But he was made into some big victim who deserves years of restraining order against me for ONE prank call which I DID NOT MAKE!
On top of it, they called me an anti-semite. I have dated email proof of having a star of david tattoo WAY before being employed at Ferrari of Long Island.
They refused to dismiss the charges and made countless court dates because “we are investigating” him for illegal activities.
They ultimately found nothing illegal and wasted my valuable time by purposely and RACISTLY putting court dates on the same day of

They than made this the basis for an “AOT Court Order” – which is forced to be injected with scam mental health drugs against your will because they “state” claims its for “your own good”.
This goes against the whole very concept of freedom.

The doctor was always wondering about my weight and if I gained any weight. She was jealous and insecure because she is overweight and disgusting and wishes that I become fatter than her from the poison drugs she wants me to take.

She one time was considering admitting to the hospital all because I was closing my right eye while talking to her because of being tired from working my job and it being early morning.

The previous therapist I had Kathryn Twomey was over 300 lbs and no help. She gave me attitude over the phone when I very nicely tried explaining to her why I can’t make her appointment because of working a job delivering food and having to pay bills.

I simply put her in her place after she starting talking very nasty over phone like I am some stupid child who she can walk all over on.

This naturally disturbed me to the point where I did not show up for my first day at work. He also one time tried to get in my admitted into the hospital during appointment because he thought I was “giving him attitude..”
I was supposed to pass my AOT court order but they failed me for MISSING ONE appointment where my car broke down and my phone was not operating.
I am SUING! I did not deserve this!

Mercy medical center first admitted me to the hospital by force because I was trying to make an appointment after moving residence to comply with the probations requirements created from Gregg Hayim’s bogus criminal case.
I was on NO court order at the time and the probation was invalid because it is criminal case I am innocent from and will be proven by my voice matching the prank call.
They did so out of ego because I mentioned how my business corporation is worth more than their medical degrees.
Other people have also complained online about them wanting to admit people simply because they are not kissing their butt or sucking up to them and they try to find the smallest reason to take you to the hospital.

This was my story…. Learn from it. Stay away from jews. They are really not good people at all.
